Juicy Bits

Juicy Bits is the side project of two well recognized Mexico city artists: Ojos (a.k.a Trancemission) and Saeg, which after a long friendship, artist self development and many successful releases, in 2007 worked for first time on studio , then in late 2008 finally decided to join forces with juicy intentions in a new sonic direction for both taking them to play live around Mexico & Brasil.

As the new electronic tendencies have been refreshing, juicy bits has taken musical knowledge from both to be part of this new sound working all 2010 to achieve 9 tracks which will be part of their album : honey dolphins expected to be released 2012

Dropkings

These two musical geniuses met in 2003 and from that moment on, combined their talent and have been creating progressive tracks, successfully releasing some with national & international labels. They work together on a radio show as well, with the name of Frecuencia (Frequency), where they share microphones with Hugo Caballero a.k.a. Gandulk. On their show, they have had several guests from the national scene, which has helped them achieve a big audience.Played individually, their tracks are perfect for the dancefloor and this has motivated them to create more new tracks, every moment they have. In 2011, after having several tracks released, they decided to consolidate this melodic fusion as the project known as Dropkings. They have an undefined genre, fusing together rhythms such as tech house, deep house and progressive.

Jose A. Muñoz aka. Ojos (Son of a Beat) and Mariana Revilla joined forces to create this new and promising project "Ojos & Mariana", each with different ideas and styles makes them mix concrete genres, this because their music schooling has been very different. Ojos on one hand with a career of more than 13 years in the electronic scene and focused, at first, on "Psy Progre" and Mariana with a very short career, casting her fine musical style becomes a top dj within the scene, leaving clear her power on the "Dancefloor". These two minds come together and create this new and fun project, of Tech House "Ojos & Mariana."

Seduced by lower BPMs, Ojos started his solo project Son of a Beat, where he flows between tech house, progressive house, techno, and can blend them all in a crunchy and groovy way. There is not only energy, but also a lot of feeling, deepness and dub into his sounds. This album is the result of many years of solid work and wicked performances all over the world.

We are very proud to release this full-length album from this loved and treasured Mexican artist. Close your eyes, and enjoy!

Trancemission

It’s been a good 10 year journey for Ojos and Gandluk behind their duo project Trancemission, which is one of the leading progressive acts coming from Mexico. Throughout this time they’ve accomplished plenty, beginning for their signing in Iboga’s artist roster and their number-oner debut album on Iboga Mexico, which ensured a few weeks on the very top of the psyshop charts. But their true achievements have taken place on stage all throughout Mexico, Brazil, Europe, Australia and Central America; this is where their magic is uncovered.


Trancemission could not be going through a better phase, as the boys are working harder than ever after a well-earned break in which they have both explored their individual musical interests. Trancemission will be working on their new releases, inlcuidng their new studio album set for launch on Maia Records. Fresher than ever, and ready to blast with their latest sound, give way to the new Trancemission!
